Because many of our products are custom-made, limited-run, or printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Custom artwork

  • Custom or made-to-order (print-on-demand) apparel

  • Custom or made-to-order (print-on-demand) skateboard decks & accessories 

  • Limited edition items

  • Any items that have been used, worn, or altered

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement item at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • International customs delays or fees

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because many items begin production quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
